Taken from a Commissioned painting (with owners blessings), this sweet little guy was found wondering around an uptown parking lot, matted and sad. The first sounds out of him when his new owners rescued and fed him, were vague noises which reminded them of the Wookie Chawbacca, of Star Wars Fame.
Individual hairs in Chawbacca's fur are Wrapped Backstitch of varying lengths. A canvas such as this, with the varied colored plaid blanket, pillows, and divan, presents an opportunity to use small amounts of various colored threads. Perfect for the use of leftover skeins.
