Animals anticipate arriving meals before the public becomes aware of approaching Keepers. From deep in the throat, this pair of alert Leopards emits a low rumbling purr of anticipation.
I have been working with Abstract for a while now, but this is my first Digital Abstract Stretched On Canvas. There will be more to follow. This media is as limited with possibilities as painting.
Trying New Things . . .
Believe or not this set of painting are done on synthetic paper named YUPO. They are a great deal of fun to accomplish, due to the many affects and texture made possible by YUPO'S smooth surface. Must admit that I did contact MR. YUPO himself, George James. If any of you are familiar with his work, it is very old-school in feeling, yet modern in presentation, something difficult to accomplish with watercolor on any other support.
As a Fine Artist I dip my brush into many medium, oil and acrylic included. You may find Watercolor Paintings predominately showing on this web site, although Abstract Paintings are increasingly included as well. Several different media are represented here; even Yupo, Digital, and Needlepoint Canvas Designs. For an Original Watercolor or Abstract Painting you may need to inquire about availability. Commissioning a work is possible as well, although I do take increasingly fewer in number. Please, look around . . . and enjoy these diverse offerings.
PS:Art comes in many forms, from clay to pen & ink. Needlecraft is but another form of art, as ancient as time itself . . . but another form of personal expression.
